You can easily add the contact form on your website.

To do that, please add and activate the following plugin ->  Contact Form 7  It’s a free WordPress plugin.

Once it’s done, please add a new contact form, here is an example:

 Your Name*
[text* your-name] 


 Your E-mail*
[email* your-email] 



 Your Message
[textarea your-message] 

[submit "Send Message"]

The final step is to copy the contact form shortcode and put it into the customizer. Please check the screenshot below.
